Functieomschrijving:

As a Customer Care Officer, you are an important link between our factory and our customers, both the field sales representatives and the end customers. You ensure smooth and accurate processing of orders and management of contacts between our departments.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Register and process incoming orders
Prepare technical sheets according to customer specifications
Monitor inventory and report to the purchasing department
Consult with the Planning/Shipping department on delivery feasibility
Register and follow up on customer complaints

Vereisten:

Bachelor of Master diploma or equivalent work experience
First commercial experience is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English, French and German are plus points
Dynamic, communicative, and service-oriented
Computer literate and quick to learn new programs
Knowledge of Excel is a must
Numerate, accurate, and analytical
Negotiation skills and perseverance
Ability to handle stress and results-oriented
Team player
