We are looking for an enthusiastic intern for the role of customer service agent at the airport counter in Schiphol. The role involves assisting and informing passengers, booking package holidays and flight tickets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Assist and inform passengers
Book package holidays and flight tickets for TUI and its brands
Handle changes and inquiries
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Manage the entire process from check-in to departure at the gate

Vereisten:

MBO 3 or 4 in Tourism
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Flexibility and stress resistance
Minimum age of 18
Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
Willingness to learn, accuracy, and independence
Ability to reach Schiphol 24/7
