Customer service medewerker

• Being the point of contact for customers and partners, building good relationships
• Ensuring smooth and clear communication with other departments including warehouse, finance, QA, and management
• Working in a team and reporting to the head of customer service
• Managing orders, monitoring stock, and occasionally arranging exceptional transport
• Handling incoming questions and complaints, maintaining contact with customers
• Performing administrative control and accurate follow-up of returns, credit notes, new customers, and articles

• Bachelor's degree in an administrative field or approximately 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in logistics or customs is a plus
• Good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel is an extra asset
• Enjoys customer contact and customer satisfaction
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Works in a structured, accurate, and detail-oriented manner
