Functieomschrijving:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the main contact point for customers, ensuring smooth operations, acting as a link between customers, the Sales-team, and the broader Customer Experience team. You will focus on problem-solving and stress-resistant service excellence.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Supporting the Sales-team with commercial and administrative activities
coordinating communication between clients, backoffice, and Sales-team
processing orders and reserving instruments for operations
managing orders including delivery times, pricing, and status updates
assigning products and resolving inquiries and issues
preparing urgent deliveries and verifying pricing agreements

Vereisten:

Strong communication skills
detail-oriented
customer-focused
proficiency in Dutch and English
basic knowledge of French
knowledge of MS Office package
experience in a similar role
