Functieomschrijving:

As a Customer Services Agent at TUI, you are responsible for advising our customers by phone before they go on vacation. You also keep our vacationers informed of any changes. Of course, you ensure happy customers, which also contributes to the set (commercial) results.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

advising customers on TUI package holidays and flight tickets
providing additional advice on options like insurance, car rental, transfers, excursions, and event tickets
processing bookings over the phone
informing customers about booking changes and ensuring they have a carefree vacation
achieving commercial goals through excellent service

Vereisten:

commercial mindset and work approach
experience in a similar commercial role
affinity with tourism and travel
familiarity with administrative tasks
full-time availability during onboarding training (Monday - Friday)
flexible availability for various shifts during the week and on weekends
good command of Dutch and English

Wat we bieden:

starting salary of €2,474.88 gross on a full-time basis
possibility to work 3 days a week from home after 3 months (full-time basis)
24 vacation days and 8 ADV days on a full-time basis, with the option to buy extra days
