TUI is looking for a motivated Customer Services Specialist intern to join their team in Rijswijk. The role involves assisting customers with their holiday bookings, handling emergencies, and responding to inquiries on social media. The internship offers extensive learning opportunities, community events, and a monthly allowance.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Assist customers with changes to their booked holidays
handle customer issues via emergency hotline
find solutions for customer problems
respond to customer inquiries on social media
act as a point of contact during emergencies

Enthusiastic and service-oriented
following a tourism-related MBO education at level 4

ability to handle challenging situations effectively
