As a Customer Success Officer, your role is crucial in reassuring customers through clear communication and ensuring they are informed about delivery changes, delays, or re-attempts, while actively working to maintain their loyalty. You collaborate with internal teams to provide top service and ensure smooth operations daily.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Respond to customer inquiries about deliveries, pickups, PODs, and special services
evaluate customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities
provide feedback and coordinate tasks with colleagues and backoffice team
input orders accurately and forward them to planning for timely delivery and pickup
assist with daily accurate reporting for key accounts
finalize statuses and documents for full track & trace experience

Vereisten:

Bachelor of Graduaat Logistieke Management or equivalent
experience in a similar role is a plus
ability to anticipate problems and find solutions
hands-on with a no-nonsense mentality
empathetic and driven
problem-solving, efficient, and customer-friendly
