Functieomschrijving:

As an E-Commerce Medewerker, you will optimize and grow the webshop, ensuring products are well-presented and improvements are implemented. Collaborating across departments such as Marketing, Sales, and IT, you will develop campaigns, refine product information, and enable technical enhancements. You will also act as the product owner, coordinating digital channel innovations with developers while analyzing customer behavior to make data-driven decisions. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless online shopping experience and pioneering new strategies for webshop growth.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Develop strong online campaigns with Marketing to attract customers and increase conversion
work on conversion optimization and (technical) SEO strategies to increase online visibility
analyze customer behavior and sales figures using Google Analytics and proprietary software, translating insights into improvements
perform trend analysis and adjust e-commerce strategies for continuous online performance improvement
optimize website and platform user experience, adding innovative features to enhance the online shopping experience
contribute to creating a new website format with focus on UX and digital efficiency
think about automating and structuring data processes for efficiency and improving customer journey

Vereisten:

MBO-4 diploma or HBO-level education
experience with e-commerce and product management
knowledge of 2BA is a plus or willingness to learn quickly
experience with (technical) SEO and conversion optimization is a pre
experience with PIM or ERP systems is an added advantage
