We are looking for a Foreman for the logistics company K&N in Tessenderlo, where you will serve as the supervisor's right-hand person. You will be responsible for coordination and administrative duties for warehouse activities and ensuring safety standards. You will work within a dynamic team focused on continuous improvement and operational goals.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Coordination and administration of tasks and employees for warehouse activities
striving to achieve internal and external KPIs (SQCDP) with colleagues and supervisors
supporting continuous improvement culture, including SQCDP monitoring, improvement projects, and 5S methodology
ensuring safety rules are followed, performing accident analysis, communicating safety topics and rules
working in day shift during client onboarding, transitioning to two-shift system after client onboarding

Vereisten:

Enthusiastic personality with knowledge and love for logistics
born leader with people management skills
ability to communicate well with employees, motivate and stimulate them
analytical mindset and strong organizational skills
