As a gastheer or gastvrouw, you will be part of the operational 'Verwennen' team that interacts directly with museum visitors. Your mission is to provide an unforgettable visitor experience while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

maintaining communication with museum visitors
identifying guests’ needs
addressing museum operational issues
creating creative solutions for missing items
ensuring safety and addressing hazards
contributing to visitor experience improvements

Vereisten:

good command of the Dutch and English language
broad societal interest and affinity with the cultural sector
eager team player
MBO-level thinking and working skills
willingness to obtain BHV certification

Wat we bieden:

€14.78 per hour (excluding vacation pay and days)
25 vacation days (pro-rated)
8.33% vacation pay
close to Mediapark station and parking options
