For a Belgian food group, based in Geel, we are looking for an HR Allrounder to strengthen the team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, from recruitment & selection to training and development, and from personnel administration to labor law.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Recruitment & selection: from vacancy publication to interviews and onboarding
Training & development: identifying training needs, organizing training and coaching
Personnel administration: managing personnel files, payroll administration, leave registration
Labor law: advising on employment conditions, contracts and procedures
HR policy: contributing to the development and implementation of HR policy
Projects: supporting HR projects and initiatives

Vereisten:

Bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR-management or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Broad knowledge of HR processes and legislation
Strong communication skills
Proactive and results-driven
Team player
Flexible and able to meet deadlines
