As a HR Business Partner, you play a crucial role as a sparring partner for both line managers and employees, supporting their development and strengthening HR strategy.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Act as a trusted advisor for line managers and provide HR support including advice on policies, assistance in meetings, and intervention in conflicts
actively promote HR policy within departments
participate and shape HR change projects such as HRIS and new procedures
guide departments through changes and HR-impactful projects
act as a first point of contact for union consultations
closely collaborate with management to align HR and business strategies
analyze HR data and trends to continuously improve HR policy

Vereisten:

Bachelor or Universitair diploma, preferably in behavioral sciences
minimum of 5 years experience in HR
ability to work independently, be entrepreneurial, and assertive
knowledge of social legislation and experience in dealing with union partners
fluent communication in Dutch and English
