As an HR consultant at Tempo-Team Office in Brussels, you will be responsible for candidate recruitment and evaluation, fostering client relationships, and achieving commercial results. This hybrid position allows for flexibility between working onsite and at home.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Recruit and evaluate candidates based on knowledge and competencies
expand client base through networking and prospecting
ensure administrative tasks are completed
match candidates with clients effectively

Vereisten:

A Bachelors diploma is preferred
relevant experience in administration, customer service, or HR
fluency in Dutch and French
strong networking skills
flexible work location (Brussels and Anderlecht)
creative, commercial, and result-oriented mindset
