As an HR consultant, you are responsible for bridging the gap between companies and candidates, finding the ideal match for both. Your tasks include interviewing talents, writing and publishing vacancy descriptions, and maintaining administrative follow-ups. Additionally, you are expected to have a commercial drive and build strong relationships with clients while supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

actively searching for talent through channels like job boards, social media, and networks
conducting selection interviews and assessing candidates for specific roles
writing appealing vacancy descriptions and publishing them online
scheduling interviews and processing administrative tasks
coordinating onboarding of selected candidates and ensuring preparation before their start
maintaining relationships with large clients
advising clients on recruitment strategies
supporting candidates during selection process
providing timely and clear communication to candidates

Vereisten:

Bachelors or equivalent
speaking fluent Dutch
strong commercial drive
excellent communication skills
ability to write attractive job descriptions
proactive talent search skills
experience in conducting interviews to assess suitability
good administrative skills
ability to build relationships with clients
knowledge of recruitment strategies

Prettig om te hebben:

experience with onboarding processes
strong networking skills
ability to handle feedback and provide positive candidate experiences
