As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales activities through customer interaction, internal collaboration, and process improvement. You will handle customer inquiries, support external representatives, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Answering customer questions and ensuring a pleasant experience
Supporting representatives with quotations, order processing, and smooth handling
Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and customer service.

Vereisten:

Experience in a comparable role and accustomed to multitasking
Fluent in Dutch and English, with ability to speak French
Knowledge of German is a bonus
Affinity for technical products like industrial sieve machines and filters
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer-oriented.
