The Invoicing Officer is responsible for correct and timely invoicing for Randstad Services, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with standards. The role involves managing invoicing processes, advising clients, and optimizing workflows nationally and internationally.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Managing and monitoring the standard invoicing process
Timely processing of consultants' timesheets
Managing and documenting specific account files
Providing invoicing advice to field organization and clients
Monitoring legal invoicing obligations
Setting up and managing e-invoicing via various systems
Initiating and managing invoicing within an MSP structure for international clients
Contributing to process optimization
Collaborating with team, field colleagues, and accounts for innovative solutions
Acting as a problem solver for complex invoicing issues
Ensuring open communication within the team and organization
Taking an active role in internal invoicing organization

Vereisten:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics/finance
Sense of responsibility with initiative
Structured approach
Autonomous, proactive, diplomatic, and customer-oriented
Analytical and numerically strong
Solution-oriented
Ability to prioritize
Comfortable with deadlines
Fluent communication with clients and colleagues
Driven and involved
Flexible in a changing environment
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (oral and written)
