The Invoicing Officer is responsible for correct and timely invoicing for Randstad Services, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with standards. The role involves continuous improvement of processes and collaboration with national and international teams.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Manage and monitor standard invoicing process
process consultants' timesheets timely
manage and document specific account files
provide invoicing advice to field organization and clients
monitor legal invoicing obligations
set up and manage e-invoicing via various systems
initiate and manage invoicing within an MSP structure for international clients
contribute creatively to process optimization
collaborate with team and accounts for innovative solutions
act as a problem solver for complex invoicing issues
ensure open communication within the team and organization
take an active role in internal invoicing organization

Vereisten:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics/finance
sense of responsibility with initiative
structured approach
autonomous, proactive, diplomatic, and customer-oriented
analytical and numerically strong
solution-oriented
ability to prioritize
comfortable with deadlines
fluent communication with clients and colleagues
driven and involved
flexible in a changing environment
fluent in Dutch, French, and English (oral and written)
