This is a permanent position at Danone's Rotselaar factory specialized in drinkable and stirred yoghurts. The candidate will work in the PACK department in two rotating shifts (morning-late). The role includes operational and team leadership responsibilities, aiming to ensure smooth production processes and team development.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Ensuring smooth shift transitions on two production lines
minimizing incidents related to safety and quality
reducing losses
proposing continuous improvements in safety and work processes
providing valuable feedback and acting as a role model
identifying and resolving losses independently
ensuring daily reporting tools are updated
coordinating, developing, and coaching the team
leading operators on the lines by supervising, controlling, adjusting, evaluating, coaching, and motivating
participating in interviews for permanent recruitment
giving feedback about temporary staff to HR and the temp agency
preparing and conducting growth discussions
approving leave requests and managing time registration within the team.

Vereisten:

Experience within a production environment, especially a packaging department, is a strong advantage
ability to oversee two production lines with strong organizational skills
plan-oriented and analytical mindset
initiative in seeking information from colleagues and departments when needed
fluent communication in a constructive manner
coaching skills and a strong sense of responsibility
proficiency in the Dutch language (spoken and written).
