Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Management of the group mailbox such as handling supplier reminders and processing customer questions
Administrative support for purchase invoices
Importing invoices into the ERP package (Dynamics AX 2012, from June 2025 Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
Administrative processing of weighing registrations
Support for sales invoicing
Processing of financial transactions
Other administrative tasks such as filing, document management, reception, ...

Vereisten:

A2 diploma in a financial-economic direction
At least 3 years of experience in an accounting function
Practical knowledge of MS Office and integrated software packages
Knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus
Strong organizational skills and a great sense of responsibility
Discreet, accurate, and orderly
Flexible, involved, and stress-resistant
Able to work both independently and in a team and solve standard problems
Polite and honest communication
