• Ensure equipment functions optimally and is available
• Respond to malfunction reports and locate, analyze and resolve issues
• Regularly perform on-call duties
• Conduct inspection rounds on various installations while following legal or technical regulations
• Accurately respond to emergencies and maintain independent contact with clients for advice
• Perform periodic maintenance at client locations
• Make independent decisions to resolve problems
• Follow safety and KAM procedures in the workplace
• Create accurate client billing reports after task completion.

• You have an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in electrical engineering or another technical education
• You have a drive to further develop yourself and follow additional vocational training
• You have knowledge and/or affinity with security systems
• You are fluent in Dutch
• You are a real team player, stress-resistant and representative
• You also have good communication skills.

Knowledge of Siemens Cerberus, Hertek and/or Labor Strauss fire detection systems.
