Payroll & customer administrator

• Responsible for the full payroll administration of temporary workers
• Ensuring correct drafting of employment contracts for temporary workers
• Point of contact for legal and administrative questions
• Preparation of social documents
• Daily contact with internal colleagues, temporary workers, and customers
• Contributing to process improvements
• Maintaining and improving expertise in social legislation

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in human resources, social law, or accounting) or equivalent experience
• Experience in payroll administration or social secretariat is a plus
• Knowledge and/or interest in social legislation related to wage and labor law
• Familiarity with numbers and analytical thinking
• Result-oriented and sense of responsibility
• Open to new technologies and interested in digitization
• Customer- and solution-oriented
• Structured and organized with an eye for efficiency and detail
• Good listening skills and discretion
• Fluent in Dutch and some French

• Experience in payroll administration or social secretariat
• Fluent in French
