Payroll officer

• Correct execution of personnel and payroll administration using Eblox
• Managing and following up on time registration systems
• Point of contact for around 120 colleagues regarding personnel matters
• Organizing appointments with doctors
• Handling requests regarding economic unemployment and career interruption
• Organizing and coordinating events and gifts
• Administrative management of temporary workers
• Correct processing of employee onboarding and offboarding
• Administrative follow-up of training sessions
• Ensuring accurate vacation counts for employees
• Reporting workplace accidents to the relevant parties
• Offering support for HR projects
• Serving as backup for various administrative tasks.

• Bachelor diploma is a pluspoint but experience is key
• Knowledge of Eblox and Protime
• Experience with PC 222 and PC 136 is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of social legislation
• Communicative skills and social contact with colleagues is a benefit
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, Polish, and English is a strong asset.
