As a Product Quality & Recovery Team Manager at IKEA in Groningen, you will lead a team focused on sustainability and growth, ensuring product quality and safety while optimizing recovery processes. You will develop efficient circular recovery operations, promote IKEA's social and ecological commitments, and improve processes to provide unique and inspiring customer experiences.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Lead and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team to prioritize customer focus
Implement efficient circular recovery operations to minimize environmental and financial impact
Set up robust processes for handling and selling IKEA products with identified safety and quality issues
Continuously optimize work methods, processes, and tools for product recovery
Promote sustainability and circularity while working with the team
Develop the team and succession plans for growth

Vereisten:

Experience in leading teams, preferably in a quality or recovery environment
Passion for customer-focused work and process improvement
Sustainability and circularity are important core values
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
Hands-on mindset with the ability to energize teams with vision and goals

Wat we bieden:

Salary between €3360 and €4465 per month based on 36 contract hours
13th month salary and 8% vacation allowance (optional monthly payout)
Annual collective bonus up to 150% of gross monthly salary
100% reimbursement for public transportation commute
Option for a lease bike for distances between 5-20 km
