Radiant Color, European market leader in fluorescent pigments, is looking for two enthusiastic Production Supervisors, one for the 2-shift system and one for the permanent night shift. The role involves leading and motivating a multicultural team of production employees to ensure smooth and efficient production of high-quality pigments. Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Lead a team of production employees while ensuring optimal staffing
responsible for production planning, administration, and optimization
supervise quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process
implement and optimize procedures and management systems
contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects (Green Belt)

Vereisten:

Master/Bachelor/Graduaat/A2 diploma in Elektromechanica, Chemie, Procestechnologie or equivalent experience
few years of experience in a leadership role within a production environment (preferably chemical)
fluent in Dutch and English
experience with ERP systems (preferably MS D365) is a plus
strong people management skills with the ability to work independently
expertise in Continuous Improvement
hands-on mentality
