Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Observing and enforcing safety regulations
Supervising swimming and recreation zones from observation posts
Following internal procedures in emergencies and providing first aid if necessary
Welcoming visitors and being a customer-oriented first point of contact
Participating in regular team meetings and trainings
Rotating duties to maintain variety and concentration
Reporting to the pool coordinator
Maintaining cleanliness in the pool
Conducting measurements and maintenance of the pools
Learning how to use maintenance products, machines, and emergency procedures
Adhering closely to procedures related to swimming pools, hygiene, and safety

Vereisten:

You sport regularly and have a fit, healthy lifestyle
You have a diploma Hoger Redder and are up to date with required trainings
Colleagues and visitors can rely on you for solutions to problems, big or small
You have a strong sense of responsibility and act accordingly
You handle situations with visitors in a friendly, customer-oriented, and alert manner
You possess excellent communication skills
You remain calm under pressure during busy moments
You are available to work on Monday from 8h to 15h and/or Wednesday from 8h30 to 17h30
