As a care aide, you provide vital daily care to elderly residents in need, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Responsibilities include assistance with personal care, medication administration, and fostering social engagement while working in a dynamic team setting.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Track vital parameters of residents and report observations
Support doctors during rounds
Assist residents with daily care such as bathing, dressing, and oral care
Ensure residents' comfort and assist with treatments and medication administration according to guidelines
Stimulate social interaction and foster family involvement
Provide emotional support and participate in group activities
Contribute to a positive atmosphere and complete administrative tasks

Vereisten:

Respect, love, and understanding for residents
Diploma in care or certificate obtained through adult education
Ability to work independently and in a team
Patience, social skills, and a listening ear
Organizational skills, even in busy times
Good knowledge of the Dutch language
