Functieomschrijving:

Advise customers on buying vehicles while addressing their mobility needs and providing expertise in the automotive field. Support sales operations and ensure professional and customer-oriented service throughout the purchase process.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Provide tailored advice to customers regarding vehicles and mobility solutions
guide customers through product offerings, financing options, maintenance contracts, and accessories
simplify automotive concepts for customers
support the sales department professionally
follow up and finalize sales dossiers
deliver new vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction during handover

Vereisten:

Bachelor diploma or equivalent experience
first commercial work experience
customer-focused with a drive for customer satisfaction
stress-resistant
positive team player
able to work in a team environment
organized with accurate sales dossier preparation and follow-up
willing to work on Saturdays
fluent in Dutch
proficient in French and English
