The role involves managing sales support for a waste processing company, including handling client portfolios, processing orders, drafting quotes, and administrative tasks. Requires customer-focused and proactive candidates who are fluent in Dutch and French, with strong administrative skills.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Screen online quote requests
communicate effectively with account managers
reach out to potential clients to finalize sales
manage customer portfolios for West and East Flanders
evaluate customer inquiries and provide solutions regarding waste processing needs
draft quotes and process orders efficiently using Microsoft Dynamics AX
maintain smooth administration for clients and colleagues

Vereisten:

Bachelor diploma or equivalent through experience
previous work experience in a similar commercial function
customer-oriented, proactive, sociable in both phone and email
strong administrative skills and quick learner (especially with a new ERP system)
ability to assist clients in Dutch and French

Prettig om te hebben:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
bilingual in Dutch and French
