As a Shift Supervisor Productie (night shift), you will lead your team, ensure smooth production processes, monitor quality, and implement improvements while collaborating with other departments.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

You manage a team of operators in the night shift
You monitor production volumes, quality, and efficiency
You motivate your team and provide the necessary support
You identify bottlenecks and implement improvement proposals
You collaborate closely with other teams, such as the technical department and quality department

Vereisten:

Experience in leading within a production environment
Communicative, stress-resistant, and a true team player
Good knowledge of Dutch and English
Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus
