You will work on the dynamic communication department with about 50 communication colleagues, each with their own expertise. Within the department, you work closely with colleagues in your agile (working group), but as an editorial member, you always keep an overview of all topics. There is an informal, collegial atmosphere: there is always room for a brainstorming session or a casual chat.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Fill municipal channels with high-quality content according to the content strategy
Work on the social media channels of the Mayor
Analyze which communication methods work and which do not
Keep residents informed of developments in the municipality
Retrieve what is happening in the city and link it back to colleagues
Analyze results of news items and social media posts
Spot trends and developments in (social) media and communication
Advise colleagues on the right use of messages and channels

Vereisten:

HBO-diploma or HBO work and thinking level
1 to 3 years of experience with communication trajectories and content creation
Good command of the Dutch language
Knowledge of social media and current developments in communication and social media
Ability to quickly switch and maintain overview
Eagerness to learn and quickly master (editing) software
Assertiveness, initiative, and ability to engage in conversations with colleagues
