Functieomschrijving:

The Engineering & Maintenance department ensures safe flight operations and optimal availability of TUI fly aircraft. During this internship, you will work on the maintenance of our Boeing 737 and 787, learning how maintenance and modifications are efficiently planned and executed.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Contribute to performing prescribed inspection and maintenance tasks
Collaborate with colleagues on technical fault analysis using relevant manuals
Conduct routine inspections to check aircraft parts for integrity and proper fastening
Assess wear on various aircraft components
Investigate the functionality of communication systems, onboard instruments, and electronic systems
Determine repair, maintenance, or replacement methods in consultation with the team
Replace or repair damaged parts using hand tools, meters, and test equipment
Work in shifts to gain direct experience of the profession

Vereisten:

Available from September 2025
Following an aviation-related MBO level 4 education
Knowledge of aviation
Possession of a B driver's license
Working towards obtaining part modules
Minimum average grade of 6.5
Good command of Dutch and English in speech and writing
Flexible availability due to irregular shifts
