As an appointment planner, you are the voice on the other end of the line, responsible for scheduling appointments between prospects and the telecom provider. You engage in conversations with the goal of offering the prospect a better service and connecting them with the telecom provider. Thanks to your communication skills, you convince the prospect to make a first appointment.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Call potential new customers and understand their needs
  • Convince prospects of the personal value of telecom services
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and telecom contacts

Vereisten:

  • Minimum 16 years old
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken)
  • People skills
  • Assertive and goal-oriented
  • Available at least 10 hours/week
