Yource, a dynamic contact center in Gent, is looking for a colleague with a talent for commercial contacts and a positive attitude. As an appointment planner, you can convince the person on the line to make an appointment with the telecom provider with your optimistic outlook. Your mission is to make every customer feel that we put their needs and requirements first.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Calling potential new customers and analyzing their needs
  • Convincing prospects of the personal value of telecom services
  • Scheduling appointments between prospects and the telecom provider

Vereisten:

  • Minimum 16 years old
  • Minimum 10 hours/week availability
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken)
  • Positive attitude and ability to relativize
  • Enjoy working in a team
