Functieomschrijving:

As a Technical Service Manager, you are responsible for customer service (installation of new machines and repairs) and processing orders in the workshop. Together with your team, you ensure optimal service to our customers.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Planning, coordinating, and organizing installations and repairs in an international environment
Assigning service tasks to Service Engineers and Technicians for projects and service
Preparing quotes for services and repairs
Providing support to Project Engineers for technical issues
Supervising workshop activities
Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the workshop
Managing the maintenance of the company's own machinery

Vereisten:

Bachelor or master degree in mechanics, electromechanics or equivalent through experience
Experience with service/production/projects
Good people management skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Broad technical knowledge through education and experience
Willingness to sporadically (10%) visit customers abroad
Willingness to shadow service engineers for several months to learn the technical aspects of machines/customers
Very good knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
