Offer for the position of Telefonist at the municipality Geldrop-Mierlo, responsible for customer inquiries and ensuring visitors have a positive experience.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Act as the first point of contact for residents, companies, and institutions
Analyze and answer questions directly or refer them to the appropriate colleague
Ensure a positive first impression of the municipality.

Vereisten:

Have at least 2 years of experience with counter work
Preferably have experience working in a municipal telephone information center
Have knowledge of IBurgerzaken, Djuma, and various JCC software.
