Transportplanner

As a transport planner, you are the driving force behind the success of our transports, both nationally and internationally. You ensure that our tractors and trailers are always in the right place, at the right time, and according to the highest standards. You manage transport administration with TAS and TX-Connect and ensure smooth handling of each transport assignment. You are the point of contact for drivers and maintain smooth communication with both drivers and customers. You are aware of all legislation regarding driving and rest times, load securing, and exceptional transport in BE-NL.

• Planning and coordinating trips for a fleet of approximately 25 drivers
• Maintaining administration with TAS and TX-Connect
• Solving problems and answering questions from drivers
• Communicating with drivers and customers via TX-Connect, WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Creating and following up on transport dossiers for invoicing
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding driving and rest times, load securing, and exceptional transport
• Collaborating with colleagues for the optimal functioning of the department
