As a travel consultant, you make customers happy with an unforgettable memory. Whether it's a week in Mallorca, a city trip to London, or a tailor-made trip through California, you arrange everything down to the last detail. Holidays should be fun, and it's up to you to make the orientation and booking phase of the trip as pleasant as possible. Sometimes the perfect trip is easily found, and sometimes it takes more effort. Flexibility and teamwork are very important at TUI.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Making customers happy with unforgettable memories
Organizing trips to various destinations
Using personal knowledge and experience to find the perfect trip
Flexibility in working in a fixed office and occasionally in nearby shops
Working in a regional group of 5 to 8 stores with approximately 30 colleagues
Remote work is possible.

Vereisten:

A degree in secondary education or a bachelor's degree (e.g., in tourism, economics, or languages)
Strong communication skills in Dutch and French
Strong customer and sales orientation
Ability to understand customers and their needs
Team player
Representable and able to stay calm under pressure
Ability to work independently with a positive mindset
Flexibility regarding working on weekends and occasionally on late shopping evenings
Involvement in work schedule planning, which is done well in advance.
