As an Uitzendconsulent, you act as the link between candidates and companies, helping job seekers find suitable positions and assisting businesses in identifying the right employees. You work in Industry & Techniek department in Lokeren - Dendermonde and interact with talents looking for roles such as operator, technician, welder, gardener, etc., and companies including production, logistics, steel businesses, garages, landscaping firms.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Recruit and select candidates through various channels
maintain relationships with customers through in-person visits and (virtual) calls
draft contracts for temporary workers
guide temporary workers throughout their careers
identify market developments and opportunities.

Vereisten:

Bachelor diploma or experience in an HR or commercial role
good knowledge of Dutch
flexibility to work in the regions Lokeren and Sint-Niklaas
possession of a driving license B
strong communication skills and ability to easily establish contacts.
