A dynamic internship opportunity at Randstad Overheid in collaboration with the Tax Administration, offering hands-on HR and recruitment experience in a vibrant working environment.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Assist and learn the recruitment process
guide employees on the job
support in onboarding
contribute to HRM case studies and questions
assist with absenteeism guidance
participate in monthly and performance discussions
answer HR-related questions on-site.

Vereisten:

Curious and eager to learn
communicatively skilled
proactive work attitude
computer literate
studying HBO in HRM, business administration (MER), or another relevant field
seeking a working internship for at least 3 months
available for at least 32 hours and working at least 3 days onsite
highly skilled in both spoken and written communication.
