Functieomschrijving:

Als Supervisor van de VPC-afdeling stuur je het team aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en controle van de dagelijkse operaties. Je draagt zorg voor de prestaties en cijfers van de afdeling en speelt in op de vraag van de klant door efficiëntie en kwaliteit te waarborgen.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Weekly capacity planning and task distribution for the team
Adjust planning to meet customer needs and optimize returns
Prioritize tasks and ensure qualified personnel
Daily communication, control, and corrections regarding safety and quality instructions
Solve complex operational problems and develop instructions
Ensure safety and final quality, including discussing changes
Monitor performance and record worked hours
Order necessary supplies and consumables
Daily reporting of safety, quality, and other issues to the VPC manager
Follow up on actions and urgent vehicle assignments and communicate with logistical and administrative teams
Motivate team members and resolve team issues
Formal and informal coaching of team leaders and operators
Identify and follow up on training needs and recruit new employees (interims)
Maintain safety regulations and report hazards
Achieve departmental figures (returns, lead times, costs)
Efficient planning and providing qualified personnel
Provide necessary training for professional and qualitative results
Keep administration and reporting complete and correct
Create a positive work atmosphere where motivation, cooperation, and respect are central

Vereisten:

Bachelor in a relevant field (autotechnieken) with leadership experience or equivalent through experience
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and email programs
Knowledge of autotechnieken and electric vehicles (EV)
Driving license B
Fluent in Dutch and English
Ability to plan and organize
Ability to coach and provide task-oriented leadership
Strong communication skills
Stress-resistant
Sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and departmental figures
