Opis stanowiska:

Join the new Customer Operations team! Currently, we are helping our client, an international company operating in the automotive sector, to create a new Customer Operational Center in Warsaw.

Obowiązki:

contact with business customers from the automotive industry in German via phone and email (this is not a call center)
maintaining long-term relationships with customers to ensure compliance with service and customer experience commitments
monitoring operations: forecasting to invoice, managing customer requests, taking initiative for continuous progress and strengthening customer relationships
handling customer complaints

Wymagania:

very good knowledge of German or French (min. B2/C1)
communicative knowledge of English and Polish (min. B2)
availability to start full-time work from April/May/June
availability for hybrid work in the office in Warsaw (2-3 days in the office)
good work organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment
proactive attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations
willingness to cooperate with customers and build long-term relationships
communication skills and openness in contacts
