Located in Cranleigh, near Guildford, this centre caters to nearly 40 students with Autism and associated conditions, providing specialised day services and personalised learning support. Job Responsibility:
Designing and implementing tailored learning programmes
Offering steadfast support
Nurturing a sense of independence and inclusion
Collaborating closely with dedicated staff to shape the futures of adults with ASD and other disabilities
Requirements:
Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Comfortable working with challenging behaviour
Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff
A positive and resilient attitude
Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable
Care certificate is desirable
Own means of transport desirable
