Job Description:

Randstad, in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Uckfield, is seeking a dedicated and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 4 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile.

Job Responsibility:

Working one-on-one with a child in Year 4 who has ASD and PDA
supporting the child in managing their behavior and achieving their full potential
exhibiting patience, understanding, and consistency

Requirements:

Resilience
prior experience working with children with ASD, PDA, or other SEN needs
patience and empathy
willingness to work with the child on a long-term basis
