Job Responsibility:

Secure a modern and flexible production environment
Responsible for developing 3D talent within the business
Support the deliveries of high qualitative and consistent CGI output
Keep up to date with trends within the industry
Develop and maintain a strong external network and dialogue with CGI specialists within the field

Requirements:

5+ years of experience of leading teams in a role as Manager, Project lead or similar
5+ years of experience in CGI, 3D visualization or related fields
Broad knowledge in 3D workflows and tools
Ability to see the bigger picture and operate accordingly
Understanding the needs and demands of a production driven environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a passion for building networks across disciplines and functions
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
