Job Description:

The Account Director at Changzhou Marriott Hotel Jintan will be responsible for resolving guest issues, maximizing revenue through sales techniques, promoting brand awareness, and supporting Sales & Marketing operations. The role involves general office duties, guest interaction, and maintaining company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Enter Marriott Rewards information into software
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
