As an Account Executive, you will sell Respiratory Health products to clients such as hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities. Responsible for developing strategic territory sales plans, managing clinical and financial aspects of accounts, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction while driving business results.
Job Responsibility:
Meet, if not exceed sales quotas
Manage a territory consisting of 100-125 verified targets
Prospect for new business 15-20% of time
Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy
Communicate Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts
Complete company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines
Understand and align with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
B.S./B.A. or equivalent related work experience required
2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, capital equipment, pharma, DME, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment
Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting
Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution)
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) a plus
Valid driver's license required.
