As a North America Enterprise Account Executive at CleverTap Gaming, you will be responsible for winning Net-New gaming clients. You will bring our leading LiveOps, CRM, and Analytics platform to market in strategic engagements with leading NAM game publishers and studios. You’ll walk into a strong pipeline that'll require a fast ramp and the ability to hit the ground running for the leading LiveOps and Player Engagement platform for Free To Play mobile games on the market.
Job Responsibility:
Winning new logo gaming accounts
Attending industry events to drive pipeline business and visit prospective clients in the field
Building strategic account plans with an emphasis on mapping out the prospect/accounts org, identifying key decision-makers and potential champions and developing a point of view for outreach and/or expansion
Establishing credibility as a trusted advisor and gaming expert
Plan and manage QBRs to expand your newly won accounts, in close collaboration with Customer Success with the aim of driving client satisfaction and expanding ARR
Presenting new business pitches, business cases, and proposals
Staying up to date on key Gaming industry trends, changes, and news
Serving as the owner of your regional prospect and account list, coordinating with our global gaming practice to marshall the right resources to win large and mid-size gaming publishers and studios
Requirements:
Experience in Mobile Games either as a Game Tech B2B SaaS or Professional Services provider, or experience in a business development capacity working for a game studio or publisher
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 3 years in an enterprise SaaS sales or business development role
Experiencing running RFP’s and managing complex sales cycles, proposals, and contracts
Experience negotiating and closing large enterprise deals with complex sales cycles, proposals, contracts, and diverse sets of business/technical stakeholders
Versed in MEDDPIC and other deal qualification frameworks and/or enterprise sales methodologies
High EQ and ability to build deep relationships with prospects
A solution-oriented and inquisitive mindset, with deep attention to detail and organizational skills
A natural collaborator, adept at working cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and teams in Solution Engineer, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Alliances, and Technical Support
You should be passionate about games
Nice to have:
Relationships in the Gaming space with mobile game studios and publishers
Domain knowledge of mobile SDK’s
Martech or Product A/B testing and optimization experience (retention, engagement, and down-funnel monetization solutions)
MarTech Agency or System Integrator experience
