The Account Executive, K-12 Education is a true sales hunter and focuses on the customer life cycle and support for the growth of accounts. They leverage prior Education industry experience to drive sales, renew contracts, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue while driving customer retention. The role involves generating sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, resolving issues, participating in training, and meeting business goals to build T-Mobile’s education vertical.
Job Responsibility:
New Sales activities: Utilizes contact list to call leads to generate sales opportunities
Exceed monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals
Welcome customers and review service agreement
Sustain monthly call goals
Account Management and Maintenance Activities: Establishes and cultivates customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer base
Complete Customer account maintenance resulting from account reviews
Provides account analysis to determine up-sell and renewal offers
Supervise and resolve customer issues
Tracks individual account activity and results
Completes extensive data entry, system navigation, and utilization required
Participates in continuous training opportunities to maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales approaches
Attains productivity and sales goals based on targeted metrics
Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
2-4 years Experience selling within an education vertical
2-4 years Demonstrated track record of sales success in business sales (B2B)
