Job Responsibility:
Utilizes contact list to call leads and generate sales opportunities
exceeds monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals
welcomes customers to T-Mobile, reviews service agreements, answers service-related questions, and probes for additional business
sustains monthly call goals as expectations dictate
establishes and cultivates customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer base
completes customer account maintenance
provides account analysis to determine up-sell and renewal offers
supervises and resolves customer issues
tracks individual account activity and results
performs extensive data entry and system navigation
participates in continuous training opportunities to maintain product and service knowledge
uses automated systems and training tools to deliver outstanding service
meets/exceeds departmental goals and business objectives
demonstrates ethical and professional conduct
disburses adjustments and credits within limits and criteria
supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
legally authorized to work in the United States
at least 18 years of age
2-4 years experience selling within an education vertical
2-4 years experience in the education industry
2-4 years demonstrated track record of sales success in business sales (B2B)
2-4 years experience in Wireless Industry/Telesales/Technical Sales
