The Account Executive, K-12 Education is a true sales hunter and focuses on the customer life cycle and support for the growth of accounts. They leverage prior Education industry experience to drive sales, renew contracts, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue while driving customer retention. This role involves new sales activities, account management, data entry, continuous training, meeting productivity and sales goals, and supporting team initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Utilizes contact list to call leads to generate sales opportunities
Exceed monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals
Welcome customers to T-Mobile and review service agreement
Establishes and cultivates customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer base
Supervise and resolve customer issues
Participates in continuous training opportunities to maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales approaches
Attains productivity and sales goals
Tracks individual account activity and results
Sustains monthly call goals
Completes extensive data entry, system navigation, and utilization required
Disburses adjustments and credits as appropriate within established limits
Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
2-4 years Experience selling within an education vertical
2-4 years Demonstrated track record of sales success in business sales (B2B)
Microsoft Excel

At least 18 years of age
